According to the airsoft blog WMASG.pl, a prototype of a wz. 96 Beryl AEG from Ares was revealed at the 19th International Defence Industry Exhibition MSPO that was held in Kielce (Poland) this month. The wz. 96 Beryl is the assault rifle currently used by the Polish Army; optically inspired by the AK series, this rifle is produced by Łucznik Arms Factory chambering the 5.56mm NATO caliber.

Apparently Ares got the licence and blue prints from Łucznik Arms and is now going to release an AEG version. Looking at the pictures from the MSPO, it appears that a version 3 gearbox is shown beside the prototype.
